WE ARE HHCP
An innovator in architecture and a major player in Central Florida’s growth and development for more than four decades, HHCP has evolved into an international design leader with diverse projects in over 36 nations worldwide. Founded in 1975 by four partners, HHCP today has a talented and diverse team located in Orlando, Florida. The architectural design firm offers clients a unique depth of expertise through wide-ranging practice areas, including planning/mixed use, themed entertainment and hospitality, health facilities, residential community and retirement resorts.
HHCP is one of the few firms in the United States that has a division focusing on construction litigation. HHCP’s Construction Analysis Support & Evaluation (CASE) Division completes our architectural and planning practice. CASE specializes in supporting attorneys, owners, design professionals and contractors in dispute resolution efforts on non-HHCP projects. The lessons learned from this work has allowed us to provide even better service to our clients.
Design excellence and problem-solving are at the heart of everything we do. We promote creativity within a disciplined design process that assesses, analyzes and synthesizes a project’s issues and objectives. Our design team members are industry leaders with demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions on demanding and complex projects. Our clients participate in the creative process through design charrettes, workshops and ongoing collaboration. The HHCP team is insightful, flexible, experienced, motivated, and committed to working both together and with others to achieve uniquely specific design solutions.
PROJECT SHOWCASE
From a field of 68 entries from 19 countries, Coldefy with RDAI | HHCP, won the international design competition for the National Pulse Memorial & Museum in Orlando Florida. Informed by over 2,300 comments from victim’s families, survivors, first responders and the public, the Jury felt the design best reflected the interests expressed by the community, demonstrated design excellence, inventiveness, creativity and alignment with onePULSE’s core values.
The Pulse Memorial is to be a sanctuary of love, hope and healing that remembers the 49 lives taken and is dedicated to the affected survivors and those left behind. The Pulse Museum seeks to educate and encourage thoughtful discussion and inspire positive change in honor and remembrance of all those impacted through the collection, preservation and interpretation of the senseless act of violence committed on June 12, 2016 at Pulse Nightclub and the world’s response after.
We are honored.

GREEN DESIGN
